Eligibility: Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and above. By enrolling in the Lotus Spa Exclusive VIP Membership Club, members agree to these terms and conditions.

Enrollment: To enroll, members must complete the membership application and pay the applicable fees. Membership is not transferable and is intended for the individual member only.

Membership Fees and Payments: Members agree to pay the recurring membership fee based on the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual). A one-time setup fee is also required upon joining.

1. Payment Method: Members must provide a valid credit card for recurring billing. Charges will occur automatically based on the membership cycle. There are NO REFUNDS for membership fees pre-paid. Membership status remains in-tact until the end of the term.

Membership Benefits:

1. Access to Services: Members enjoy unlimited access to specified treatments each week and a 50% discount on premium plasma services. Services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Exclusive Offers: Members may receive special promotions, discounts, and offers exclusive to the VIP Membership Club.

Booking and Cancellation:

1. Scheduling: Members must book appointments in advance. Lotus Spa will make every effort to accommodate preferred dates and times but cannot guarantee availability.

2. Cancellation Policy: Members must adhere to the spa's cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of the appointment without reimbursement.

Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS.

Membership Changes and Cancellation:

1. Changes: Members can upgrade or change their membership plan by changing billing cycles using their Mobile Wallet Card links and renewal instructions. All terms remain in-tact until term's expiration and at that time, any new renewal will start for the member for next billing cycle.

2. Cancellation: Members can cancel their membership at any time before the next renewal date. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period if the membership is canceled mid-cycle.

Mobile Wallet Card Requirement: Upon purchasing VIP Membership, customers must add the provided VIP Mobile Wallet Card to their mobile phone wallet (iPhone Apple Wallet app or Android Wallet Passes app).

Activation of VIP Membership Card: The Mobile Wallet Card will serve as the customer's VIP Membership Card. Adding the card to the mobile wallet is a mandatory step to activate and gain access to the Unlimited Beauty Bar treatments and services.

VIP Scheduling Links: VIP Members can redeem their credit by scheduling an appointment with Lotus Spa. Exclusive VIP scheduling links will be provided on the VIP Mobile Wallet Card for convenient and direct booking.

Digital Card Usage: The Mobile Wallet Card must be presented (via the customer's mobile device) at the time of appointment to utilize the VIP Voucher credit. Failure to present the Mobile Wallet Card may result in the inability to redeem the voucher for the scheduled treatment.

Complimentary Vacation Package:

1. Vacation Inclusion: The complimentary vacation package is a one-time offer per member and is subject to separate terms and conditions, including activation, booking, and usage guidelines.

2. Responsibility: Members are responsible for all additional costs associated with the vacation, including airfare, taxes, and personal expenses.

General Terms:

1. Compliance: Members agree to comply with all spa policies and procedures. Lotus Spa reserves the right to refuse service or terminate membership for non-compliance or inappropriate behavior.

2. Changes to Terms: Lotus Spa may modify these terms and conditions or the services and benefits offered from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

3. Liability: Lotus Spa is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to members or their property arising from the use of spa facilities or services, except where such liability is legally mandated.

4. Privacy: Member's personal information will be processed in accordance with the spa's privacy policy. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Acceptance of Terms Agreement: By enrolling in the Lotus Spa Exclusive VIP Membership Club, members acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service.
